The Dockwize meeting rooms in Vlissingen were booked by mail and phone, with reception as the go-between. Every booking meant retyping: into the calendar, the CRM and the invoice.

What Agensea did

A booking system that runs as a popup inside their existing WordPress site, without rebuilding the site. Live availability, guest invitations and an admin side for the team. Every booking lands straight in the Outlook calendar, the contact in HubSpot, and invoicing runs automatically through WeFact.
