The challenge

Verlosvideo creates medical animation videos for maternity care. Every video project involves multiple rounds of scripts, versions and feedback, and all of it ran through loose emails. As a result it was never clear at a glance what the latest version was and what was still open.

What Agensea did

A secure client portal where every video project has its own space: status, documents, feedback and planning in one place. Clients enter through a personal project link, no account or password needed, and see the same dashboard as Verlosvideo itself. Colleagues who are looped in can give feedback on the right version directly.
