The challenge

Dockwize guides entrepreneurs from idea to growth, with programmes, coaches and a network. But which step fits whom? The site had no answer to that; the question always ended up in a conversation.

What Agensea did

The Dockwijzer: a popup that opens from the homepage and works out in five steps where a business stands and what is going on. The outcome is concrete: what helps now, from knowledge and inspiration to a programme or a Dockwize coach. Dockwize manages the questions and outcomes itself in its own admin environment, and submissions land with the team. The popup hangs on the same line of script as the booking system.
