What was going on

Tiny Rebel builds solid wood tiny houses, for holidays and for living in permanently, and has placed over a hundred of them. There is also a branch for saunas and hot tubs. Interested people usually start on the website: downloading a brochure, asking a question or requesting a callback.

Those enquiries came in through different routes, and follow-up was spread across the inbox and a CRM package that was expensive and did not match how they sell. Tiny Rebel wanted to drop that subscription and was looking for a system that follows their own way of working, from the first enquiry to the moment a house is in place.

What we looked into first

Before we built anything, we looked into how Tiny Rebel actually sells. This is what came out:

  • Two kinds of customers. Houses and wellness run side by side, each with its own flow and its own questions, such as whether someone already owns a plot.
  • Signing is where it starts. Drawings, materials, construction, placement and handover belong in the same system as sales.
  • What was already there had to come along. All contacts, the open deals and the standard emails customers receive at key moments.
  • Quotes with rules. For saunas and hot tubs they worked from a price list in which some options exclude each other or belong together.
  • Forms on two sites. The fields in those forms decide what the system has to be able to receive.

The choice, and why

Tiny Rebel compared our proposal with an off-the-shelf package and chose a custom system. That came with three choices.

  • Everything in one place. The whole journey, from enquiry to handover, lives in one system. An off-the-shelf package would have needed separate add-ons and subscriptions again, for example to have a quote signed digitally.
  • Carry over, do not start from scratch. The stages on the board are the ones the team already knew, and their own emails came along one to one.
  • The website stayed. The CRM came first, connected to the forms on their existing WordPress sites. That way the system could go live without waiting for a new site.

What we delivered

Agensea designed and built the CRM, moved the data over and connected the forms on their sites.

What is in it

  • A board for houses and one for wellness, covering sales and then production through to handover
  • All contacts and open deals moved over from the old package
  • Automatic emails: the brochure right away, follow-up after that, and messages at fixed moments after signing
  • A quoting tool for saunas and hot tubs, with their prices and rules built in
  • Quotes in their own layout, which the customer signs online through a link
  • A handover checklist for new residents, with tasks they tick off themselves
  • A newsletter builder in their own style
  • Managed by the team itself: prices, forms, email texts and the time between emails
  • Secure login, including two-step verification, and a showroom account that can only make quotes

Who did what

Agensea

  • Design and build of the system
  • Moving contacts, deals and emails over
  • Connecting the forms on both sites
  • Hosting, support and handling feedback

Tiny Rebel and others

  • Tiny Rebel supplied their emails, contacts, price lists and quoting rules
  • The team tested the system and gave feedback in rounds
  • Their web developer made sure the system sends from their own email address

What changes day to day

This is what the work looks like now for the Tiny Rebel team:

  • Enquiries arrive by themselves. An enquiry through the site appears on the board straight away, with its source. No more retyping.
  • Follow-up runs by itself. The brochure email goes out right away. The follow-up emails come after and stop as soon as someone moves a step further.
  • Quotes with the rules built in. An option that is not possible cannot be chosen. The customer signs online and the enquiry moves on to signed.
  • One system after signing. The project stays in the same system, all the way to handover.
  • The showroom joins in. Someone in the showroom can make quotes without access to customer data.

Where it stands now

The CRM has been running since 24 August 2026 and was delivered and handed over at the end of August. Agensea hosts and supports the system. After going live the team sent in points from daily use; those have been processed, so the system grows with the way they work.

The newsletter builder is the last part now being taken into use.
