What was going on

Tiny Rebel makes tiny houses from solid CLT timber, for holidays and for living in permanently. They also make saunas and hot tubs from thermowood. Their showroom is in Middelburg.

Their website consisted of three separate WordPress installations side by side: a welcome page, a site for the houses and one for the saunas and tubs. A new website was already part of our proposal in July, but Tiny Rebel chose to start with the CRM first. So in August we first connected the forms on the old sites to the CRM.

In mid September Tiny Rebel asked for a new website after all, in two phases. First a site of their own as quickly as possible, away from the old setup. Then the expansion.

What we looked into first

We did not have to start from scratch: in July we had already made a demo of a new site, in their own house style. What we looked into after that:

  • What is on the three old sites? We collected everything, not just what appeared on the pages: the texts, the projects, 29 news posts and the complete media libraries. That came to almost seven hundred files, including five videos.
  • Which addresses does Google know? We listed every old address of the three sites, including links to old brochures and PDFs, and gave each one a new destination. Anyone following an old link lands on the new page.
  • What does the CRM expect? The forms on the new site send the same fields as the forms that were already connected. That way an enquiry arrives in the CRM exactly as before.
  • What makes the brand recognisable? We took the dark green from the code of their old site, and their own slogan, Building a new generation, still opens the homepage.

The choice, and why

The key choice: one site instead of three, and go live first, then expand.

  • Two phases. Phase 1 is a complete site with everything that was already there, so Tiny Rebel is away from the old setup as quickly as possible. Phase 2 is the expansion: translations into German, French and English and a setup per audience.
  • Houses and wellness together. One address, one menu and one brochure request for everything. On the homepage you choose what you are here for: a house for yourself, houses for your park or wellness in your garden.
  • No WordPress. A site built from scratch, without a third-party theme.
  • Every enquiry straight into the CRM. A brochure request, a question, a callback request, a configured house or a photo of your plot: everything arrives in the CRM as an enquiry, with no separate integrations in between. The configurator for saunas and hot tubs even comes straight from the CRM.
  • Prices in one place. The guide prices in the configurators come live from the CRM. When Tiny Rebel changes a price there, the site uses it straight away. They manage the brochures and price lists there too.
  • Light where possible. The opening starts with a still image of the house; the 3D only follows once the page is in place. On a computer without a graphics card it stays with that image. Photos are ready in several sizes, and the fonts are on our own server.

On the homepage you choose straight away: a house for yourself, houses for your park or wellness in your garden.

What we delivered

Agensea designed and built the site, moved the content of the three old sites over and moved the domain and email along with it.

A scroll through the homepage: from the opening with the house in 3D via the models to the way of working, from coffee to key.

What is in it

  • One site for houses and wellness, with 69 pages
  • Nine models, each with its own page, and seven saunas and five tubs
  • An opening in 3D with Tiny Rebel's real models: drag to rotate, scroll and evening falls
  • Seasons in that opening that follow the calendar, from blossom in spring to snow in winter and a Christmas tree in December
  • A configurator for the tiny houses: choose model, use and finish, watch the house change and request a quote
  • Your plot: place the house at full size in your garden with your phone, or on a photo of your plot
  • The configurator for saunas and hot tubs, with the prices from the CRM
  • A map with their projects and individual houses in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Brochure request, contact, callback request and applying with a CV
  • All 29 news posts from the old sites, and a redirect for every old address

Every model has its own page, with the dimensions at a glance and the way to configuring, the brochure and your own plot.

Who did what

Agensea

  • Design and build of the site, the house configurator and the plot tool
  • Moving the content, photos and videos of three sites over
  • The opening in 3D, based on their own drawings
  • Redirects for every old address and the connection with the CRM
  • Moving domain and email, hosting and support

Tiny Rebel

  • The texts and imagery, plus new photos and a short video for the launch
  • The drawings of their models, for the opening in 3D
  • The locations of their houses, for the map
  • Prices, brochures and price lists, which they manage in the CRM themselves
  • Feedback in three rounds

What changes day to day

What changes for visitors, and for the Tiny Rebel team?

  • Everything at one address. Houses and wellness are on the same site. Anyone arriving through Google or an old link lands on the new page.
  • Look for yourself first. A visitor configures a house and sees the guide price follow along, or places it on their own plot, before getting in touch.
  • An enquiry is in the CRM straight away. With its source. Anyone who requests a brochure sees it right away and also gets it by email.
  • From configuration to quote. When an enquiry comes from the configurator, the choices are already filled in in the CRM's quoting tool.
  • Measurement carries on. Every successful enquiry is reported by the site to Tiny Rebel's own Tag Manager, so their ads and analytics count the enquiries.
  • Print with a fixed link. The QR code in the trade fair paper points through a fixed redirect link to the page about a family home in your garden. If that page changes, the print does not need redoing.

Where it stands now

The site has been live on tinyrebel.nl since 27 October 2026 and replaces the three WordPress sites. The domain and the fourteen mailboxes moved on the same day; we are now finishing the last step of the email move. Agensea hosts the site and handles new requests through the support desk.

Phase 2 follows: the translations into German, French and English and a setup per audience. In October Tiny Rebel also chose to have us build the configurator for the tiny houses further. Its basis is already on the site: the configurator.
