The challenge

The brasserie in the old PZEM building in Vlissingen ran on a standard hospitality platform: little identity of its own and monthly fees for every extra module.

What Agensea did

A site of their own that matches the character of the monumental building, with the menu, catering and the story of the place. We built the takeaway ordering ourselves, so the brasserie is not tied to an external ordering platform and its commissions.
